Kloppmann Pickups

More and more artists appreciate the results of Andreas' work. In January 2004 Andy Powell and Ben Granfelt (www.bengranfelt.com) of Wishbone Ash (www.wishboneash.com) discovered Kloppmann pickups at Pro-Guitar in Schwarzenbruck/Germany. Andy picked a set of HB 58 SoA and a set of 60s Strat SoA. Ben took interest in both 50s and 60s Strat Pickups.

SoZo Capacitors

These capacitors are made to the same spec as the yellow mustard capacitors which were originally made by Philips™ or Mullard™. They were found in some Vintage Neve™ consoles, Vox™, Marshall™, Hiwatt™, and other select guitar amplifiers from the early sixties to the mid seventies. These capacitors truly represent the originals due to certain factors.

The capacitors keep the thickness of the foil, Polyester film dielectric, and voltage ratings the same as the originals. The dimensional proportions are also the same. This has a large part in sound because it changes the slew rate.
